Kitara will visit the St Mary’s stadium for the second time this season where they will be battling for a place in the finals of this year’s Stanbic Uganda Cup.
This was confirmed during the draws that were held this morning the Serena Hotel in Kampala.
Kitara eliminated BUL 1-0 while Vipers knocked out SC Villa by the same score line in their respective quarter finals.
Kitara and Vipers will be meeting for the second time in this competition having played each other last year at the Masindi stadium in an epic quarter final which Kitara bossed via penalties.
The semi finals will be played on a home and away basis and the team with most goals over two legs shall emerge winner.
Should both teams be tied on goals after the two legs, then penalties will be applied to determine which team qualifies to the finals.
The 51st edition of the Stanbic Uganda Cup finals will be played at FUFA Kadiba stadium in Kampala.
