Najib Yiga has completed a season long loan move to Kitara FC from Vipers after the two teams reached an agreement last month.

The forward has already moved to Hoima and joined his new teammates for training at the St John Bosco Seminary playgrounds in Bujumbura.

Najib who can play both as a winger and striker has since played two friendly games with the Royals and his performance looked impressive.

He came off the bench in the second half against both Pajobi United and Bugoigo Leopards FC in Buliisa last week.

Yiga has gained experience playing for the U- 20 and U-23 national teams, plus the CAF Champions league and Uganda premier league with Vipers sports club and will be eager to add quality to the Royals going into the new season.

The left footed forward becomes the fourth player that has featured for Vipers to join Kitara after Mucureezi Paul, Frank Tumwesigye and Benjamin Nyakoojo.
